Though the SPH will follow transparent and quality-oriented marketing policy of its publication, however, if required replacement of the sold items may be subjected to the policy as under:
    1. The sold books will be replaced only when somehow found defective without any extra-charge for shipping.
    2. The sold books if damaged during shipping will be replaced while bearing half of the shipping charges.
    3. The books sold through other outlets will be replaced under their own policy and the SPH will not be responsible for the same.
